Rotary Club of Lahore Liberty was chartered in November 1999. It is currently part of District 3270 – Pakistan & Afghanistan. RCL Liberty’s Charter President was Rotarian Noor ul Hasan, who has been an inspiration and a constant force and source of encouragement for this club.
